The foreclosure mill firms that had nothing to do with the original closing, and seem to have been a "Stranger to the Contract" (which they are), during their stewardship of the foreclosure sale.

You have the same situation in your area. Just a few firms with big enough cajones to file all kind of criminal, fake, and self-forged and created evidence to wrongfully prosecute you or I. This all the work of different types of sociopaths that don’t care or even think about the crimes they have been committing against their fellow Americans every day on an apocalyptic scale since 1999.

Now  foreclosures are finally way down in Jackson County, MO (Home the KC Royals). Or are they?  There is a new game in town. It was started by William Erbey the “Man Monster” who owns Ocwen and some new companies. If you have not heard of Ocwen or William Erbey, then you can read my twisted assessment of this very twisted racketeering criminal by clicking on the following post I wrote sometime ago.



I have very good reason and my own anecdotal evidence that causes me to believe that the attorney fee payor of all of the cases I have been asked about, that I have read about, and that I have heard about is Ocwen Loan Servicing, blah blah. Yep, I don’t believe that Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Deutsche Bank National Trust Americas, US Bank N.A. as Trustee, GMAC Mortgage LLC. Bank of New York nor anyone else even exists in the way we think of. 

Every deal I look at I check to see if they are registered with the proper state Secretary of State office. I try to call to make an appointment with someone of responsibility to meet with to discuss cases. Never found a soul. But we have all found Green Tree, Nationstar, SLS, SPS, and others such as STP. (that is an oil mixture owned by the Indy car brothers.  Nah, not STP.  I was just checking out whether you were reading closely. This is important stuff.

I have found that it is the judges that were jerking us around. State and Federal. Neither is smarter. It is the job of the Foreclosing Party to prove with “concrete and particularized” evidence meaning the same as “beyond reasonable doubt”. That’s it. I got to there six years ago. It has taken me six years to find that this is all so unbelievable that I couldn’t get anyone to believe it. Especially, the judges. We all depended on the courts to be the last safeguard of right and wrong to help in the largest breach of constitutional rights in the history of the country. But, Nope.

I now know what to do. I have already started doing it. I am suing 7 federal judges in the next 7 weeks. But, soon than that I am going to name their names. I have to. As we have just learned with Brett Kavanah you better get the media covering the problem if you want anyone to know that you are about to be swept under the rug.

I will describe this over the weekend and have it posted by Sunday afternoon. I want you to return and read it. If enough people know, then true change can be accomplished. I have just read this, but I can’t give credit because I lost my notes, “When a dictatorship has been proved to exist, then Revolution becomes a civic duty”. Hey, any of you media reporters. Do you want to win a pulitzer? Just take a little time to talk to me. Everything I say can be vetted by just about anyone in an extremely short period of time. Easily. Just check your US Constitution. That has not been gutted. Yet.
