"We fight not to enslave, but to set a country free, and to make room upon earth for honest men to live in."

"DANNY, IF I SUE MY LENDER FOR MORTGAGE FRAUD LIKE YOU SAY, HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT TO DO WHEN I GET UP BEFORE A JUDGE IN FRONT OF PEOPLE?
IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD AN ATTORNEY YOU DON'T NEED TO LOSE YOUR HOME PART TWO

Every Borrower client that I consult with about strategies to keep their families in their home under the threat of a foreclosure has the same reaction when I tell them that it is possible to do a lot of the court work themselves. The reaction is always disbelief. It was the same with me too. My own personal reaction was disbelief.
Of course, mine was times six, because I am currently the Pro Se Plaintiff on my home and five investment properties. If I were to lose all of that at my age (middles sixties) I will have nothing! No retirement. Nothing. So, now I am the Pros Se Plaintiff using my lawsuit on all six properties.
Rage and desperation will trump fear and indecision every time.
My foremost thought was that I needed to learn. I am a real estate broker; a mortgage broker; a real estate developer; and a home builder.
Between 2008 and 2010 I went from being a relatively successful real estate expert to an unemployable hobo in one giant real estate crash caused by and still being caused by the same criminals we are discussing here
.
There were no openings for old real estate experts and I understood right away how the old stage coach builders at the turn of the century must have felt when they
saw the first automobile drive by. They, like me, had no one to send a resume to.
But man, I’m telling you I had no choice. It was a terrible grind learning how to do it, but now it comes easy to me. I can teach you.
