Nope.

In fact 2018 and 2019 foreclosure numbers are actually higher than 2009 through 2016.

"Have the constant claims from the government concerning our continuing robust economy made the Middle Class Richer?" Nope. Do you feel richer?

The historically low unemployment rate is not that simple. The majority of employed Americans are making less than they were in 2009. So, they should be classified as "under employed". There is also a much larger percentage of employment aged Americans who have just given up being reported. Once you have used up your unemployment government subsidy, there isn't any reason to ask for more. So, these Americans aren't being reported. 

The large tax reduction of last year predominantly benefited the very rich. The Trickle Down theory promoted through history and the phrase made famous by President Reagan was pushed into law by the lobbying of the rich. The small boost that it did give to the general population has come and gone. Medicine and groceries continue to climb.
