I AM WORKING ON MY OWN HOME AND $3 MILLION WORTH OF INVESTMENT PROPERTIES WHICH WAS BRINGING IN $7,000 A MONTH IN RENT. THE PARTICULAR BAD GUYS ARE GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC ON MY HOUSE, AND THE MOST CRIME RIDDLED ORGANIZATION AND TRUE CULPRIT OF THE 2008 MELT-DOWN FANNIE MAE WHICH CAME INTO MY INVESTMENT PROPERTIES CASE TWO YEARS AFTER IT STARTED.
I was taken by surprise by GMAC Mortgage, LLC, but I was not fooled. I just couldn't get the trial case to come to a conclusion.
I was not taken by surprise at all by Fannie Mae, in fact I taunted them. Once again, I never really lost, I just couldn't get the court to come to a conclusion. No, matter HOW carefully I described and detailed the scams, I could never get any movement. Why?
I use Jackson County, Missouri as the middle of the road vanilla county in the US. It is an average size county with average income and overall decent people. However, every area in the country has its own lying thieving specialist foreclosure Trustee firms that are appointed to replace the original contractual home loan trustee by the Imposter and Fictitious Payees (real uniform legal terms in the commercial code legal terms which are used to identify false lenders) which are “Strangers to the Contract” 99.999999% of the time, or even more.
If there are 300 foreclosures per month there will only be six Foreclosure Trustees representing all 300 Foreclosing Parties. (I was suspicious by 2011, I can't speak for the authorities responsible like the FBI and the Department of Justice.)
