I have had a quite uneasy feeling about Longbridge's work on my Reverse Mortgage for some time. I now consider the lack of progress and the conversations that begin and end with no real subject matter as total lack of caring about your clients. 

Your clients are the only reason you have a product. All of the this stalling has no explanation possible.  Without clients your building would be for rent.

From the beginning I have not been told why the delay and lack of information have caused my loan process to last more than 2 months longer than the Longbridge agent promised. I began to distrust the information from the start, specifically when Jack Litzelfelner told me where he was located. 

I had explained that I was looking for a company with a business location in Missouri. Jack told me he lived in Jefferson City Missouri, the capital of Missouri. 

I now believe he lives in Florida. Or California? 

That lie was very disappointing and alarming. He does not live in Missouri. I have sent everything the Longbridge "processing unit" asked for on the same day, often within the same hour it was requested. 

I have been told several times that my paperwork was in order. Something wrong is going on here. I don't know if it is intentional or just ineptness. But it is beginning to border on sinister. 

The appraiser situation is beyond anything I have experienced in 4 decades of work involving real estate and finance. I was promised the process would take,  "I am paraphrasing and condensing,"   3 or 4 weeks. I then asked if five weeks was for sure? The answer was yes. 

We are at 15 weeks and I am incurring financial damages, injury, and family issues. Yet, after all this time, nothing is happening, and there is no communication for weeks at a time. We are starting all over. 

I don't have the trust here to do this again. I don't understand the motivation for what has happened. When I can't figure out motivation and agenda, something bad is usually about to fall. 

I am not going to recount everything that has happened in this email. This is just to let you and anyone else involved know exactly what I have decided and that I feel it is my only recourse. 

I can't stop Longbridge from causing me more injuries in fact, but I can prepare to seek relief from these injuries.
