Fraudulent Foreclosure and the Danny Hammond MIKE SINGLETARY Offense For Borrowers Facing Fraudulent Foreclosure

There is only one way to succeed in anything and that is to give it everything.”

The theory behind my "Mike Singletary Mortgage Fraud Offense" begins with the premise that in your foreclosure court there are some nameless players who aren't really affecting the game as much as you think.

These players include the Imposter and Fictitious Payee Foreclosing party who is pushing a baseless claim and its attorneys who are the puppets voicing this claim. But, there is one party in your court who is keeping you from winning.

It is no secret that I think it is your judge and I am almost always right.  So, to explain my strategy let's pretend that your court is a football game. You are in the right which puts you down on your opponent's 30-yard line with the ball and one minute left to score a touchdown and win the game.   Your foreclosure judge is the embodiment of Mike Singletary. For the 8 people in America who are not children, but still haven't heard of Mike Singletary, he was the phenomenal middle linebacker who was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the 2nd round of the 1981 NFL Draft and became to be known as probably the greatest linebacker of all time as "The Heart of the Defense" for the Chicago Bears' Monsters of the Midway in the mid-1980s.

So, in my little metaphor, Mike Singletary represents your judge and he has been knocking down passes, sacking you, the quarterback, stuffing all the running plays and pretty much controlling the game. He is offsides on every play.  He is holding lineman, interfering with pass receivers, roughing the quarterback and generally is operating with complete disregard for the rules.  There is no accountability for his actions.  No one will argue with him.  He is accountable to no one.  There are no consequences for his actions.

You are not going to win if Mike Singletary continues to play.

Therefore, Mike Singletary must be removed from play, no matter what it takes. So, you call a timeout and on the next play, you send 15 players on the field and hike the ball to the quarterback who takes a knee while the other 14 players pile on Mike and twist his ankles, bite his ears, and break his arm.

This is, of course, against the rules so you accept your penalty for "too many men on the field " and huddle up. Three plays later you score. You win because you neutralized the one person who is intent on beating you on this day and he could have without your brutal and decisive action.

I am going to inactivate this website for maintenance.  It needs some tuning up and changes after 14 years. We are going to need it for my plan to form an association of Borrowers to raise money to help as many  as we can.

I will leave messages here.  But, check out the recently upgraded YouTube Channel @mtgfrd or search "Danny Hammond Foreclosure that should get you in.  Leave comments.  And if you think I am on the right track, then like all the good ones say, "Subscribe, join, and hit the like button. It doesn't cost anything, but if enough of us join in it could make money.  We don't need as much as we used to.  It can be done with a small staff.  I have now seen it.

If you get a chance try the YouTube Channel all you put in search is "  @mtgfrd  "  If that doesn't work you can search "Danny Hammond Foreclosure"  I think that will take you right there.

1.  I Finally Realized We Were Going About It With Our Beliefs In Laws That Could Never Help Us.

This was becaue the old laws do exist just like always.  The old laws which have been around since most of the territories became states, ARE NOT BEING ENFORCED.

There are laws still being enforced that specfically address this problem.  They are not your state laws even if you address them in a state court.  They are in the base root laws in the Constitution of the United States.  There is no such thing as "the right to foreclose" which your foreclosing party asserts.

The right that they must have is the right to collect money from you.  Did you see your foreclosing party's name on your Promissory Note.  I am betting you did not.  I am positive you did not.

As the Borrower, you have no responsibility to "Prove that you have the victim of fraud."  Not understanding that has taken up 15 years of my time on the wrong end of my life.  "It is called burden."

The burden of proof in a foreclosure situation is squarely the burden of the foreclosing party and to an even Greater Extent upon the Judge.  It is part of the civil rights amendments that pertain to everyone in the United States.  You included.  You have the civil right, and always have had, to Due Process.  That is, you have a right to the same laws as everyone else to have your case watched over by a judge who uses the laws and fullfils his duties that he gave an oath to do when he was "hired" to be a judge.

2.  Borrowers, about to lose their homes, believe me when I tell them the above, but they can't do it.

We all have been indoctrinated since childhood to believe that the sytem is America and it is just.  If we have nothing to hide, there is a system of laws that will protect us.   We believe that the word "attorney" is synomous with the word "law" when it is not.  The system was to be taken care of By The People.  It is being taken care of By The Attorneys.  Remember judges are attorneys.  They are all in the same cult.

The Borrowers (including myself) had this untrue vision that if you have a legal problem, the solution was to get an attorney and if your cause was true and good your attorney would guide you to prevailing.

Oh, my dear children.  You know that something is more wrong than this, don't you.

You just can't shake the idea that attorneys and law are two parts of the same thing.

You will most assuedly keep that notion until they run you out of money, out of time and out of options.  When you have no money, when you have no time, when you are out of time, you will call me.  A Borrower, who has already reached that point.  Hopefully you won't comb the internet for someone trying to sell you a program whose purpose is to make money.

There is a better way.  But, you must get involved and know the material.  Know the true issues.
Face the fact that this is really happening and that even I can't help you unless you are willing to help yourself.  It is the American dream.  Act like it is the dream you wanted.

MORTGAGE FRAUD-THE SACKING OF ROME IN 410 AD-THE GLASS STEAGALL ACT OF 1933 AND THE REASON FOR THE USE OF FIREWALLS

"When they call the roll in the Senate, the Senators do not know whether to answer 'Present' or 'Not guilty.”        Theodore Roosevelt

Reposted because I have always liked it and not enough people have read it.

by Danny Hammond
FIREWALLS:  This word is broadly defined. But, I think we can all agree that it is a device or strategy placed within a system to back up the day to day rules and regulations are attacked from outside or within the system and this attack bypasses the system to cause damage to that system.
I just read that and yes, it will work for the purpose of this article.

Although the date of the founding of Rome is steeped in legend and mystery, as well as some historical writings, it is generally considered to be April 21, 753 BC. Since it is a story of at least one thousand two hundred years and it has to do with brothers named Romulus and Remus and something about their mother being a She-Wolf,  for the duration of this article we will just use the above date. All agreed?  Yes.

My only reason for referencing Rome is that throughout all of its in-fighting, treachery, betrayal, greatness, open government, etc., Rome survived so long because there were always in place some "must always be so" rules.

THEY'RE GONNA PARTY LIKE IT'S 1999! DANNY HAMMOND FORECLOSURE FRAUD PRIMER 101 - JUST WHAT DID CAUSE THE WALL STREET MELTDOWN OF 2008

(Mortgage Meltdown Is The Wrong Terminology.  It was a Wall Street Meltdown)

These words below do not come from current events.  They aren't the only quotes from this famous writer. They all have something to do with my thinking, as I have tried to do the right thing for all Borrowers who were cheated from obtaining the American Dream.

“Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.”

“Waste no more time arguing about what a good man should be. Be one.”

“Understand at last that you have something in you more powerful and divine than what causes the bodily passions, and pulls you like a mere puppet. What thoughts now occupy my mind? Is it not fear, suspicion, desire, or something like that?”

"The art of living is more like wrestling than dancing, because an artful life requires being prepared to meet and withstand sudden and unexpected attacks.”

“You shouldn’t give circumstances the power to rouse anger, for they don’t care at all.”  Anger is not thought.  Anger is anti-thought.

Marcus Aurelius Antoninus was Roman emperor from 161 to 180 AD and a Stoic philosopher. He was the last of the rulers known, non-contemporaneously, as the Five Good Emperors and the last emperor of the Pax Romana, an age of relative peace, calmness and stability for the Roman Empire lasting from 27 BC to 180 AD

For those of you who have followed the news for the last several weeks, did you notice that four medium banks had failed suddenly?

The word "medium" is what I would like to point out first.  These were medium banks by todays measure.  Before 1999 they would have been mega banks.  But, the last of these four recent banks to fail and be snatched up by the one time failures of Wall was purchased by JpMorgan Chase Bank a bank that is mega by today's standards.  JpMorgan Bank, Bank of America, Citi, Wells Fargo

In September 2008, Congress approved the “Bailout Bill,” which provided $700 billion to add emergency liquidity to the markets. Through the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) passed in October 2008, the U.S. Treasury added billions more to stabilize financial markets - including buying equity in banks.

Now, if you don't know this you should.  That when you read the government used money to prop up the same broke banks that stole our houses that the government they were talking about was our government.  In other words, you as a taxpayer and all of your taxpayer compadres took this burden on our consolidated taxpayer backs.

The Federal Reserve began buying the same mortgage-backed securities that myself
and everyone I know that thinks about this stuff looked for many years years to find any mortgage-backed securities and found none.  The Federal Reserve which is not part of the US Government is an association of US Banks has been buying $40 Billion of mortgage-backed securities every month by printing the money (which is very, very inflationary) with our money printer which is again placed on the backs of the US taxpayers.  (If you are a taxpayer this includes you)

What caused all this ruckus?  Well our government in 1934 was nothing like the lunatic asylum that it is today.   Smart men with no television and no mega yachts, and believed in facts and truth studied what caused the 1929 Wall Street Crash and the ensuing Great Depression.  The law that they came up with was called the Glass-Steagall Finance Act of 1934.

Any one can understand that the two most important parts of it are what kept our country's economy safe for nearly 70 years.  In 1999 the democrat president Clinton and a Republican Congress thought it would be best if they repealed Glass-Steagall in full without putting back any laws in its place.  8 years later all of our lives were destroyed and we were left with nothing except the pleasure of paying all of the broke mega banks money to make them rich again.  And we have a worn out money printer to replace.

I don't think that hardly any American citizens are aware that the Democrat president Bill Clinton and a Republican Congress repealed a 66-year-old banking and finance act known as the Glass Steagall Banking Act of 1933.  This Act put together all of the research of the 1929 Wall Street Meltdown that sparked the great depression and wrote an act to prohibit ever happening again.  The Act did its job.  For 66 years there was no such event in the US.  The Act was repealed in full as an act of Deregulation of the banking and finance industry.  The president and the congress that repealed all relevant regulation of banking in 1999 put nothing back in its place.  Seven short years later Wall Street imploded triggering the Wall Street Meltdown of 2007-2008-2009 through today.  Frank Dodd was supposed to replace it, but both sides of congress had gutted it into a meaningless corpse by the time it was enacted.

There has been no meaningful regulation of finance since 1999, over twenty years.  If there are no regulations there is no need for regulators.  The only meaningful regulation coming out of Frank-Dodd was provided by the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.  Donald Trump sent his evil little henchman Mick Mulvaney to render it useless in 2017.  It took him 3 days to send 100 million dollars in collected fines back to the banks that paid had voluntarily paid them.

The CFPB has been around but has done nothing relevant since December of 2018.  If you have been wondering why the CFPB does not answer your pleadings for help, it is because there is no one there to read them.  This is what the word deregulation means in America in the 21st century.

The taxpayers propped up the "Too Big To Fail Banks" with 3 trillion dollars.  The revived banks have been on a relentless crime spree ever since.  Responsible for tens of millions of fraudulent foreclosures based on servicing lists and not Promissory Notes.

In the headline in the story below from Wall Street On Parade, the beginning of the headline says"Using Bank Deposits".  By this, they mean JPMorgan Chase used the money from the depositors checking and savings accounts to fund "risky investments".  Glass-Steagall does did not allow this.  However, there is no prohibition from doing this in NO regulation.  Nothing is prohibited.  This has not been fixed for twenty years.  Wake up depositors, JPMorgan Chase was using taxpayer insured (FDIC) checking and savings deposits to fund its risky investments.  These particular risky investments were in fact so risky they failed to the tune of 3.2 Billion bucks.  The taxpayers will just have to pay even more taxes to cover it.  Jamie Dimon is no better than a modern-day Al Capone.  CONTINUE READING

CREDIT BID; DISTRIBUTION OF THE HOME SALE PROCEEDS: THE BIGGEST FRAUD IN FORECLOSURE FRAUD IS THE FRAUDULENT FORECLOSURE SALE!  WHY IS IT ONLY BOTHERING ME?

It ain't what you don't know that get's you into trouble, it's what you know for sure that just ain't so!"         -Mark Twain

by Danny Hammond of the 3/4 court press

Let's just go through some real quick statistics here.  In 1994 there were just 48 non-judicial foreclosures for the ENTIRE YEAR in Jackson County, Missouri (a large part of Kansas City, MO proper) It is probably about as average as a county can be.  It contains areas of urban, suburban, rural, and forest.  It is a good place for me to vet my own strategies.  But, every county, city, or town in America will most certainly have the same ratios of wrongful foreclosures which are easy to spot in every county recorder's office.

By 2001 there were 1,700.  By 2006 there were 7,200 Non-Judicial Foreclosures for Jackson County, Missouri.

For the last four years, there has been an average of 300 Non-Judicial Foreclosures per month or an average of 3,600 Non-Judicial Foreclosures per year for the last eight years.

That is 14,400 families displaced in one average county over four years and each and every one of these Non-Judicial Foreclosures was so fraudulent that it makes my eyes burn just to type this.

All of our country's courts are limited to having jurisdiction over disputes described as cases and controversies That means that two parties are arguing over their interests in the same subject matter.

In every foreclosure sale, I have ever read or heard about, the foreclosing party claims to have paid some amount of money for your home at a sale conducted by themselves and, in non-judicial foreclosure states, their personally substituted Trustee.  (26 states have these unconstitutional sales)

Folks, It is a load of crap. They all are letting everyone believe it was a sure-fire honest deal. No, it wasn't. There is no way they had the legally obtained Promissory Note, or if it was Fannie Mae or JPMorgan or some other member of that ilk, there were probably two or three different versions of copies of your one and only Promissory Note filed into your court.

The judge can't help either party, but they do have to protect their own court.  The United States Constitution makes it the COURT's responsibility to see that the foreclosing party can prove it was even injured.  Injured means that they really LOST some money on your deal.

The courts are not doing this.  The judges not seeing this lack of Standing are either crooked, biased, or stupid.  Maybe all three.  But, it is their own hide that they should be protecting.

COULD YOUR PENSION HAVE BEEN AFFECTED?  MANY HAVE BEEN.

Reposted from April 2016- because it is all coming back around.  You should be making plans.  My wife mentioned four years ago that she could see a revolution on the horizon once everyone understood how many people had been fraudulently thrown from their homes by their own American government and courts.

I have written about the investors in the Mortgage-Backed Security bonds which included many, many pension funds three years ago.  One hard-hit investor was the Boston Police pension fund, but they didn't know it yet.  I wondered to many people who would be dumb enough to defraud the retirement of every Boston policeman?
Who knows better how to get even?  My personal guess is nobody.  READ MORE

The Securitization Debacle – A U.S. Pension Shortfall: $3.4 Trillion+ [$3,400,000,000,000] REPOSTED FROM 2019

“America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.”
― Abraham Lincoln

by Danny Hammond

I have been writing about this subject extensively, especially the devastation brought on the American people by the Democrat President Bill Clinton and the Republican dominated Congress when in 1999 they repealed the Glass-Steagall Act of 1933.  This Act which was the government's answer to what caused the Great Depression had kept the country's financial markets safe for nearly 70 years.  They Repealed the Act, but put no regulation in its place. Nine short years later the Great Wall Street Meltdown nearly broke the entire world's markets.  There is still no such regulation in place and foreclosures are still spiking and retirees are already seeing their retirement income cut.  Idiots.

Ms. Sullivan wrote this piece in 2016.  She was right on it then.  But, who do we complain to?  If we are to survive as a country, it is the people who must do the heavy lifting.   Danny Hammond

By Sydney Sullivan

looting the pension fundsPeople are wondering why unions are dwindling – it’s because of the securitization/rehypothecation scheme targeted unions to invest in their UNREGULATED DERIVATIVES,.  while Congress has done nothing to stop it. Union busting? Globalism? Agenda 21?

Shortfall. Unfunded. Underfunding.  It sounds like a minimal pension issue – however, it is anything but that. You may have heard the words “shortfall” when your state refers to its government budget or pension plan; and, if you are young (say, under 40), you’ve probably not given it a second thought. Just so you know “shortfall” is defined as “a failure to come up to expectation or need” and at 40 it seems like there will be plenty of time and ways to make up a shortfall… not so much when you are 60.

If you’re like many Americans, you’re worried about retirement. Maybe before the new century securitization scheme was launched, a “shortfall” might have been more easily explained and handled. But after 2000, the Wall Street securities system ramped up and took deficits to a new high while lining the pockets of Wall Street traders. How did this happen?
How did the USA get to over $3.4 TRILLION in unfunded pension debt? The answer is not something your Congressional or state legislators want to discuss in public …or even in confidence. What caused “shortfalls”? To understand how a state could get so severely “underfunded” with their pension funds, you must first understand that this hqdefault (1)didn’t just happen overnight. De-regulation and rule changing have been going on since the last Great Depression, though the final wallop occurred when Congress repealed Glass-Steagall in 1999. “Glass-Steagall was designed to prevent exactly the kind of collaboration that brought us the Goldman-Sachs fraud.” Source: Daily Kos.
Now, a lot of people blame a Republican Congress under the Clinton administration for the demise of Glass-Steagall – however, that is not altogether true. The House Democrats were instrumental in passing the repeal – even Nancy Pelosi (whose husband worked for Countrywide) voted “yea”. A sad fact, but true. We all make mistakes as both the parties agreed it was best to reinstate Glass-Steagall – at least as far as their party platforms go.

Check the record … how did your own Senators and Congresspersons vote?

ARE YOU READY TO SUE YOUR JUDGE AND STOP LOOKING FOR ALTERNATIVES? DOES YOUR FORECLOSURE CASE SEEM TO DEFY LOGIC? FREE ZOOM CLASS

"A settled plan to deprive the people of the benefits, blessings, and ends of the contract, to subvert the fundamentals of the constitution, to deprive them of all share in making and executing laws, will justify a revolution.'''

                                        John  Adams, Novanglus Papers, 1774

We are facing the destruction of our constitution.  It will require a revolution to put things back as they were.  I don't mean a violent revolution.  I mean an effective one.  It isn't just a good idea to save your house from foreclosure.  The suing of judges who don't believe that Article III applies to them is a civic duty

Danny Hammond's Zoom Meetings

COMING SOON

by Danny Hammond

I have never believed that I would be able to make a template for a WRONGFUL FORECLOSURE CASE based on DEPRIVATION OF CIVIL RIGHTS.
But, I was wrong. I have created a cookie-cutter lawsuit that is short, sweet, and targets the only person in yours or any court who allowed all of the crime, deception, and property theft.
You know who it is, your judge. The criminal attorneys and fake foreclosing parties could never have pulled off any foreclosures without JUDGES depriving Borrowers of multiple civil rights by not doing the job that we are paying them to do.
There are only 3 reasons a judge could force you to lose to racketeering enterprises that steal homes thousands of times never getting caught while Borrowers are stuck researching and flailing away at saving their doomed homes.
The 3 reasons a judge would allow it in his or her court?
1. Your judge is stupid and barely passed the bar 20 years ago and never studied law since.
2. Your judge is wildly misinformed. He thinks that no borrower should get a home for free in his court. So, he is going to give your house to a foreclosing party who has no right to collect money for free.
3. Your judge is a crook.
I have thought about it. Your frustration is that you know that the foreclosing party is breaking the law in a United States court. So you are targeting the wrong parties. You are trying to expose SPS, Green Tree, Ocwen etc., and their attorneys as criminal fraudsters. But, how can they commit these crimes so blatantly?
It isn't all of the parties that you have to beat. It is only the person controlling your whole case. It is only this one official that can ignore evidence and case law.
It isn't an attorney, a servicer, a Fictitious Payee claiming he has the right to foreclose.
IT IS YOUR JUDGE! Why are you leaving the judge alone?
The Judge controls your fate by controlling the fate of your house and he is allowing the attorneys to run amuck.
I am looking for 1-3 Borrowers who really want to save their home and who will agree that what I am saying is the only way to get the damn judge out of the way.
Tomorrow I am going to begin the final work on my three cases. I have one Borrower who is all in and I am beginning to outline his case. But, I am doing this full-time now. I don't have an income so I am inviting committed Borrowers to fight back using the only real laws left in place. Constitutional civil rights.
I will add Borrowers so that we can start multiple ruckuses in multiple locations.
I will need one Borrower at $900 per month for two months to follow this all the way through.

That is all I feel comfortable with. It isn't enough money, but I am not an attorney and if I win my three cases I will get my retirement and my life back. So, I will get myself and the first Borrower done and follow through with whatever comes next.
I will take on three more cases that fit my model. I will not talk about wrongful foreclosure or teach "Chain of Title" or Mortgage Fraud any longer. I am going to sue some judges using the laws that are meant to keep judges from running amuck and harming citizens. The judge is a citizen nothing more.
I am going to hold a Zoom class tomorrow at 4 pm to answer questions and debate my sanity. I am very rarely wrong on this subject.
There will be no charge to attend and ask me questions. Vet me. Punch a hole in what I say. If I am wrong that would be easy to uncover.
I will only consider going further with Borrowers who attend this class. If no one attends, then I will just take on the cases I have. There will be no more offers.
This is going to be tough and I am going to have to concentrate on behalf of whoever joins in.
